It is cut to sit as a strapless piece with attached sleeves that sit well off the shoulders and are poufed out for volume. The body of the top is cut to flare out quite wide around the waist so that you get this lovely sense of volume mixed with the bare skin of the shoulders. Inside there is a built in foundation piece with its own separate zipper so
