It is tailored from a lightweight, gossamer thin striped tulle that is detailed with panels of different floral laces that fall vertically down the front and back of the dress. It has small fluttering sleeves with lace trim and a collared open neckline. The straight cut body gently flares at the drop waist and is marked with a horizontal band of floral lace and a tulle ruffle.
