I picked this up as part of a larger lot and though I don't normally buy many newer pieces I felt that this one has a real timeless quality to it. The waist is banded along the inner part so there is no broken line on the outside. The chiffon falls over an inner stretch jersey skirt so it is very comfortable to wear.
