1930s - Superb Black Velvet Dress - W37 (94cm) 1950s 1940s One of the flowers hasThis is a superb dress from the very early 1930s. The fabric is black velvet with a precious silky cotton lace collar and satin cuffs. She has a beautiful buckle with rhinestones. The bottom skirt has open pleats. The cut is straight and has to be adjusted with the belt which creates a precious gathering on the front waist.
