1980s Bernard Perris Quilted Belt Bag designer-ceil-chapman The waist has a smallRare, deadstock and unworn Bernard Perris belt bag in a butter soft cream leather. It has a decidedly Chanel feel to it with its combination of cream and quilting. The front pouch is interesting in that is curves a bit and the zipper is set in on an angle. I love the somewhat tough silver hardware that contrasts wonderfully against the luxe cream leather. It snaps to close and is in excellent condition!
