Sequins loop and twist over each shoulder with black silk net that allows for a peek of skin in between the design. The peplum at the waist appears to wrap over and be caught up in a wonderful tightly spaced cluster of the same sequins. The back is really exceptional it has a marvelous pleated and curved panel of fabric that trails down the lower
