The band through the waist is set loose and easy so that it falls away from the body

Note there is a tiny fade mark on the green silk just above the second bottom to the right on the front - I have photoed it

It is made to demi-couture standards and almost entirely by hand

A smudge on the piping edge of one sleeve and a darkening to an area on the front bust

The waist is defined by a seam but set low - you could wear it low slung for a more almost 20s feel or belt it and create more of a blousing effect and shorter skirt length
