Fabulous 1960s Emerald Green Silk Hat With Netting Dress Fabric is composed of aLooks pretty. Feels glamorous! Vintage fascinator hat is composed of a thick green silk and green netting. The sharp little bow placed in the middle adds a lovely touch. Green netting is anchored at the back of the hat and gently drapes over the face. 2 small plastic combs are attached to help the hat stay on. The combs are removable.
