1970s Peach and Black Velvet Polka Dot Dress 50s_Beaded_Sweater celebrated for his craftsmanshipThis dress really looks like something out of the 1950s but was almost certainly manufactured in the 1970s. I really love the medium weight voile like fabric that is overlaid with black, flocked velvet, polka dots. The dress is Princess seamed and the skirt is a very flared, circle design that falls to around mid calf. The underskirt of the dress is lined in a slightly darker peach acetate and this is also stiffened with a honeycomb, medium tulle net.
