The cocoon measures 16-17" long by 8-9" wide and is crocheted in the round so that there are no seams

there should be little to no shedding at all after the initial fur is removed along the cut edges

There my be very slight shedding initially but since I remove as much of the shedding fur around the edges as possible before sending it out

It measures approx 15 in long by 8 in wide unstretched and is made to accommodate any size newborn as it does stretch quite a bit for the bigger babies or it can be tucked in for the smaller ones
