1970s Stephen Burrows Fringe Dress designer-valentino item# DD903This is the second time I have had this amazingly sexy and insanely fabulous gold eyelash fringe one shoulder dress from Stephen Burrows! I almost died when the girl contacted me as I instantly knew how fabulous this dress is! It is hands down one of my most favorite pieces ever and this one is a little larger then the super tiny one I had before! The gold is a true gold in person and those stripes are made of an almost a tinsel like eyelash lame
