This style of whistle has been produced for a very very long time in Germany and is still made today (although in modern materials)

The tin measures about 4 3/4" tall and 4 3/4" diameter

The sleeves are three-quarter length

There is a spot on the right chest area where the material is darker (probably from ironing too hot)

Parts are in great condition

The bag is in good condition and the cape also appears to be although I did not open it up all the way. This is one to the items I bought as a sample years ago and have decided I will probably never get around to reproducing.
