Xinomavro - Chrisohoou - Naoussa - Macedonia - Greece Sicily A very versatile winePeppery and fresh with lively notes of cherry and dried currant, this is a lovely example of Xinomavro, one of Greeces indigenous varietals. The Chrisohoou vineyard faces south east along the slopes of Mt. Vermion, in the region of Strantza Naoussas. It lies at an altitude of 250 meters and the soil is predominantly sandy clay. The microclimate here is characterized by cold northern winds and heavy rainfall during the winter months, with long, warm,
