Chaff Cutter Machine Size:M and opened in January 1860A red painted chaff cutter with toothed feed rollers and a large flywheel stands on splayed timber legs inside one of the farm outbuildings at Mill Pond Farm. Whitewashed brick walls, two small windows looking out to green fields, and exposed roof beams overhead. The engineering equipment was supplied by P. N. Russell and Co. of Sydney when the Jembaicumbene Steam Flour Mills opened in January 1860. Part of the Mill Pond Farm series.
