May be worn with: the Tropical Blue Long and Winter Dress Blue. The sweater may be worn in lieu of the Service Dress Blue coat while indoors or outdoors unless the coat is more appropriate. Officers wear the Enhanced Shoulder Boards. Enlisted do not wear insignia on this sweater. Measuring Chest Keep the measuring tape parallel to the floor.
