This cake from a famous tea garden, Dapingzhang, displays light but biscuity texture, well balanced sweet bitter notes, lingering pleasant aroma. Perfect of a daily Sheng fix. It reminds us of the fact that it doesn't have to be all super fancy to enjoy a happy tea session.
