Pipework washbasin The ground level amenities blockA dense run of grey and rust coloured pipes fills a section of the Portland Cement Works Precinct, the conduits branching and doubling back across one another at industrial scale. The Commonwealth Portland Cement Company built this site from 1900 and ran it through successive owners until cement production ceased in November 1991. Part of the Portland Cement Works series.
