The spoons have a great rounded shape to the bowl and a beaded edge to the handles. There is a monogram on the front of each handle, likely TK, in a flowing script. Both pieces are marked with English hallmarks, they are quite worn, but we were able to make out the lion passant for sterling silver, the duty mark of King George III, and the date letter N, for 1788.
