It was most likely made bespoke. It has a 5 button closure and four front pockets. Two breast pockets and two lower pockets. It has a buckle on the back for adjusting the size. It has one buttoned inner pocket with flap. This feature is typically seen on bespoke waistcoats. The overall condition
