As it was midwinter when I visited this piece of woodland there was no real colour to see

Waiting and longing for the moment life comes back to the dormant vegetation

but just hoping that we avoided the rain showers that were all around

Used as probably the main way up or down from Blencathra

Underneath Great Gable From there you get view3 colour screen print of Upper Ennerdale. Printed as an edition of 8 on 300gsm Canaletto. The image is is roughly 500x360mm on a sheet of paper 600x450mm. The print is signed, editioned and monogrammed. Perhaps one of easiest ways to get right into the heart of the Lake District is by walking the Moses Trod path that easily accessible from the Honister Slate Mine car park.
