Minor edge wear to exterior includes creasing, chipping, and fading. Minor foxing to margins and loss to top corner of one page. One closed tear to margin has been repaired with archival tape. Filled with wonderful photographic illustrations. 1901 written in pencil on first page. NJ 042126
