A George I Period Chest Veneered in Highly Figured Walnut Sofas Benches Stools There is also blind fretworkVeneered in burl walnut and highly figured walnut, this chest of drawers is composed of two short drawers over three long graduated drawers surrounded by half round moldings. The top is veneered with a large central, quarter veneered oval outlined in feather banding. The drawers and sides of the carcass are also feather banded. The brasses and bun feet are later.
