Featuring a drunk hobo clown in a suit leaning on a lamp post with a painted red light bulb nose. Most of the ceramic is painted black, but the clown's face is painted pink with stylistic facial details, and there are gold and red accents on the suit and light post. Come with an attached 53" long white wall outlet cord. No hallmarks but has a "Made In Japan" sticker. In good vintage condition
