The chain is 10mm wide and features small smooth links on one side and hammered texturing on the other. Not sure if it was design to be reversible, but the crinkled underside is pretty cool looking and adds a little flash to the necklace. Silver has some general wear and tarnishing but overall the necklace is in great vintage condition. Stamped 'Made In Italy' and 'Milor 925' on the necklace
