Oak Aged Rum ONEID_OVER_18 With a combination of moreOur Single Cask Rum has been distilled and then aged for 3 years in a 90 litre oak, ex Catskill New York bourbon cask to produce a light and flavourful rum. Butterscotch, burnt sugar and coconut, followed by some warming spices of ginger and nutmeg with a hint of herbal notes and dark chocolate, complimented by some nutty flavours. The finish lingers with aromatic oak spices and a subtle note of menthol.
