Assam White gifts cherish a moment to yourselfThis lot of Assamica tea trees was planted during the Japanese era, originally intended to produce copious amounts of black teas for export. 100 years later, they are still thriving in the northern part of Taiwan in Sanxia, just 30 minutes outside of Taipei. In the summer, when the weather is hot and humid, they produce bright and juicy black tea in honor of their tradition. In the spring, they turn their harvest into delicate and warming white teas.
