Featuring a yellow and orange enamel orchid with a small brilliant diamond set in a stippled gold open circle frame. The flower also has an unenameled gold leaf and stem, and the accent diamond has been prong set where the flower stem connects to the gold frame. The back of the circle has been marked "18K Mepp" and has a horizontal brooch pin with a C clasp fastener.
