If you arrive more than 15 minutes after the sessions scheduled start time, we may need to cancel the session. The session fee will still apply. Preparation for the Session: Create a clear, open environment where your entire body is visible during the workout. Wear comfortable clothing and tennis shoes, and be sure to have water on hand.
