The decadent 2023 iteration spent a combined almost 3 years (33 months to be exact) in barrels: 12 months in Cognac and an additional 21 months in Rye

The result is a unique collection of beers that incorporate wine grapes in all forms

letting it age for just over a month before undergoing an extensive bottle conditioning period

and been able to source better and better ingredients for just about everything we make

This year's special bourbon barrel aged edition received an extra dose of coconut and cacao, and spent 9 to 17 months in Bourbon barrels. You can expect a thick body, with chocolate molasses aromas, warm notes of coconut, vanilla and cocoa, joined by roasted malt and burnt caramel sugars. Extra rich, extra coconut y, extra delicious.
