Pott Viognier ''20M3'' 2022 750ml (No Barcode) centralvalley This luminous sparkling wine isGrown by Aaron himself on the lowest slopes of our Mt. Veeder ridgetop ranch. 100% Viognier. The vineyard is . 49 acres, north west facing slopes of ancient fractured sandstones and is farmed organically. Average yearly production is about 80 cases. The Viognier is entirely fermented and aged in Italian terracotta amphorae, so it never sees oak or stainless steel. The amphorae are hand made in Tuscany by the Manetti family using the same clay pits
